[RAM] RAM Ratings withdraws Agroto's AA1(bg)/Stable issue rating following early redemption

RAM Ratings has received confirmation that Agroto Business (M) Sdn Bhd (Agroto or the Group) has fully redeemed its outstanding RM200 mil five-year tranche on 10 April 2026. The five-year tranche was issued under its ASEAN Sustainability SRI Sukuk Programme (2021/2036) (the Sukuk), ahead of the scheduled maturity date of 5 August 2026.

We have accordingly withdrawn the Sukuk’s AA₁(bg)/Stable rating (last affirmed on 15 July 2025) and no longer have any rating obligation in respect of the redeemed facility.
