[RAM] Tadau Energy fully redeems SRI Sukuk ahead of maturity

RAM has received confirmation that Tadau Energy Sdn Bhd has fully redeemed the outstanding RM135 mil of sukuk under its RM250 mil SRI Sukuk Programme (the Sukuk) on 1 December 2025, ahead of the scheduled maturity dates following the completion of its refinancing exercise.

RAM Ratings has accordingly withdrawn the AA₃/Stable Sukuk rating (last affirmed on 3 September 2024) and no longer have any rating obligation in respect of the redeemed facility.
