[RAM] RAM Ratings withdraws SK Nexilis' ratings

RAM Ratings has, at the issuer’s request, withdrawn the corporate credit ratings of SK Nexilis Co Ltd (SK Nexilis) and those of its wholly owned subsidiary, SK Nexilis Malaysia Sdn Bhd (SKNXM) (AA₃/Stable/P1, assigned on 14 August 2024). We have also withdrawn the preliminary rating assigned to SKNXM’s proposed RM2.0 bil ASEAN Green SRI Islamic Medium-Term Notes Programme (AA₃/Stable) as there are no longer plans to issue sukuk at this juncture. As such, we will no longer have any rating obligations on SK Nexilis, SKNXM as well as the above facility.
