On 12 February 2025, BPAM hosted the official launch of the BPAM EKO Platform at Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur Hotel. Officiated by YBhg. Dato’ Zain Azhari Mazlan, Executive Director of Corporate Finance & Investments at Securities Commission Malaysia, the launch event highlighted the transformative potential of the BPAM EKO Platform, designed to support financial institutions and corporations in their regulatory reporting under the Securities Commission Malaysia’s Sustainable and Responsible Investment (SRI) Taxonomy and Bank Negara Malaysia’s Climate Change and Principle-based Taxonomy (CCPT) Classification.

En. Mohammad Izzad Halimi, Head of BPAM’s Data & Content Management department and En. Muhammad Rafiq, BPAM’s Principal Data Architect, showcased the platform’s key features through a demonstration, providing attendees with a comprehensive overview of its functionalities. The presentation highlighted how the BPAM EKO Platform simplifies and streamlines regulatory reporting processes, offering enhanced data transparency and alignment with SRI Taxonomy and CCPT Classification requirements.
