[RAM] RAM Ratings withdraws issue rating of CP Programme issued by Sunway REIT's financing conduit

RAM Ratings has withdrawn the P1(s) rating of SUNREIT Capital Berhad’s Commercial Papers Programme of up to RM3.0 billion (2019/2026) (last affirmed 6 August 2025), following the Programme’s maturity on 1 April 2026 and full redemption of said debt facility. As such, RAM Ratings no longer has any rating obligation in respect of the Programme. 

We will, however, maintain surveillance on Sunway REIT’s (Corporate Credit Rating: AA₂/Stabel/P1) existing financing conduits and its recently established RM3.0 bil Sustainability-Linked Commercial Papers Programme (2026/2033).
